Vandemere Cruise & Cookout - Come by Land or Sea

Members are invited to come and enjoy this lovely waterfront park!  We have reserved the large pavilion which has picnic tables but you are welcome to bring chairs if you choose.

You are welcome to arrive by boat and spend the night on anchor or at the town docks. By boat the town of Vandemere is located about 3 miles from the ICW on the Bay River. If arriving by car it is approximately 18 miles from Oriental via NC 55 and NC 304N, there is plenty of parking available when you arrive.

SCOO will provide the hamburgers, hotdogs and fixings. Members are asked to bring a side or dessert to share. *BYOB (non-alcoholic). Water will be provided. *Vandemere does not allow alcohol at the waterpark.  We will have cornhole and maybe other games. 

Cost: $10 per person

https://www.vandemerenc.com/town-park  We need to reserve the slips but will not be charged if we cancel. Cost is a flat $25 a night (no elec. or water)
